I love to eat Paper Tosai whenever I go to Indian restaurant. Paper Tosai is named such a way as tosai is cooked to paper thin and is usually very crispy. It come with different sauce. I personally loved the red color spicy sauce, it's yummy.
The another Indian dishes I try is Appam, bowl-shaped thin pancakes made from fermented rice flour, the edges is golden crisp and the centre is soft and spongy,the white color source is coconut milk and it taste a bit sweet, where the orange color thing is the coconut sugar and it also come with spicy vegetable curry.
